Placing an Order

Placing an order is quick and easy with our secure online shopping cart. You may order online 24/7, and you don’t have to comb your hair or change out of those yoga pants with the pizza stain.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, or PayPal through our secure online processing. Sorry, but we do not currently accept personal checks, money orders, or homemade cookies at this time. Hmm…we may have to consider those cookies, though.

Shipping Methods

Domestic retail orders are shipped USPS ASAP, that is, usually within 1-2 business days. You will be sent a confirmation email when your order has been processed and shipped. We will alert you when we head out to the Bush or elsewhere. Orders placed during our absence will be filled on our return.

Shipping costs are determined by weight. Upon checkout you will have the option to select either First Class (3-5 days) or Priority (2-3 days) for domestic packages. If you would like to purchase insurance on your order, please select the appropriate option upon checkout.

International orders are also shipped via USPS. Please select either First Class International or Priority Mail International upon checkout. Please note that First Class International does not come with tracking/delivery confirmation information of any kind, and we cannot be responsible for delayed or lost packages shipped with this method. International customers are responsible for all duties and tariffs incurred by the purchase.

Downloadable Patterns

Downloadable patterns are pdfs. You need to have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to open them.

Once you’ve purchased a downloadable pattern, we will process your order and payment then send you an email with a clickable link to your file. You will have one week to download the pattern. After that, the link will expire.

By purchasing a digital pattern, you have permission to print copies for your personal use only. We ask that you do not reproduce or transfer the file in any form.

Sales Tax

We currently have no sales tax here in Alaska, so you’re off the hook for now.

Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return hard copies of patterns and materials for a full refund, less shipping costs. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for further instructions. Items must in their original condition. You are responsible for carefully packaging and shipping your order back to us, and we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. We recommend purchasing insurance and/or delivery confirmation for your return shipment.

Sale items, custom orders, and digital products cannot be returned.
